How can we help?

Email dante@nebulaestimating.com for help with your account, estimates, or subscription. Include your company name and a short description of the problem. Never send your password or full card details.

Account access

Use Forgot password? on the login page. Open the newest reset email, select Continue, and save your new password.

Billing and cancellation

Open Account & billing and select Manage billing to update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund earlier payments. Email us with a refund request or billing mistake so we can review it.

Your company’s data

Your saved estimates remain available to view and download after a subscription ends. Contact us from your account email to request an account export, account closure, or deletion. We verify ownership before handling these requests.

Creating estimates

Choose New estimate in your workspace to describe a job, build an estimate, or enter prices yourself. AutoQuote is an optional way to start an estimate from job photos and a short scope.

Review before sending

Check every draft’s scope, quantities, prices, exclusions, and totals before downloading the customer PDF and sending it yourself.
