Terms of service

Nebula Estimating is operated by Nebula Robotics LLC. These terms apply to your use of Nebula Estimating, including AutoQuote. Contact dante@nebulaestimating.com with questions.

Your account

You must have authority to use the service for your company and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Each company has its own workspace. The company owner manages employee invitations, reporting relationships, and permissions. Owners and authorized managers can access employee work within their assigned scope.

Subscription and cancellation

Each company pays $100 USD per month, starting at checkout and renewing monthly until canceled. There is no upfront or setup fee. If you cancel and later restart, the first $100 monthly payment is due when you restart. Previously purchased access remains valid through its paid period. Any additional taxes charged will be shown before you confirm payment.

You can cancel through Manage billing on the Account & billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access through the paid period. If payment fails or paid access ends, creating and editing estimates is restricted; your saved estimates remain available to view and download. Canceling does not automatically refund earlier payments. Contact us to request a refund or report a billing error. These terms do not limit refund rights required by applicable law.

Estimate drafts need your review

Nebula helps organize information and draft estimates. AI output, quantities, pricing suggestions, and source information can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking measurements, labor, materials, site conditions, taxes, permits, exclusions, and totals before relying on a quote or sending it to a customer. We do not guarantee a job’s cost, profitability, or compliance.

Your content

You retain your rights to the content you upload. You give us permission to store and process it, including through our service providers, as needed to provide the service. Upload only information you are permitted to use. See our privacy notice for how information is handled.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not access another company’s information, share accounts across unrelated companies, upload unlawful content, or attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits. We may limit processing or suspend access to address abuse, security problems, unpaid subscriptions, or legal requirements. Availability and results can be affected by maintenance, errors, and third-party services; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Closing your account and changes

Contact support from your account email to request closure or deletion. Cancel your subscription separately through Manage billing to stop renewal. We may update these terms or pricing for future use, with notice where required. Any price change will be communicated before it applies to a renewal. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
